Once your appointment is booked, our front desk will review your request. If your requested appointment is impossible for us to fulfill, our front desk will reach out to work with you on finding a time that would work for your reservation. Cancellation Policy

Forest Spa Boutique designed a cancellation, rescheduling and return protocol to fit your busy lifestyle.

  • We require 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • All appointments must be guaranteed against late cancellation/rescheduling with a credit card.
  • You are responsible for 50% of the services booked regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings because we rather have another guest to take your place than charge you for a cancellation.
  • Full product refunds are available for one week following your purchase. Spa credit will be issued for returns up to 14 days from date of purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact your technician immediately so that they are able to suggest a better alternative for you.
