Our online bookingsystem allows fast and easy reservations when and where you like. Choose your service, provider, preferred date and time, and our bookingsystem will show you the availability of your service provider. Once your appointment is booked, our front desk will review your request. If your requested appointment is impossible for us to fulfill, our front desk will reach out to work with you on finding a time that would work for your reservation. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express to reserve your booking.

Parking

• Surrounding streets 2 hours free parking
• 2 hours public parking in the parking structure across from the spa on Ramona Street
• 3 hours public parking under police station on Bryant Street (crossing Bryant St. - Hamilton Ave., 2 min. walk)
• 2 hours public parking on the parking lot behind the spa (crossing Emerson St. - University Ave., 1 min. walk)

Appointment and cancellation policy

Forest Spa Boutique designed an appointment and cancellation policy to fit your busy lifestyle.

• We require 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• All appointments must be guaranteed against late cancellation/rescheduling with a credit card.
• You are responsible for 50% of the services booked regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings because we rather have another guest to take your place than charge you for a cancellation.
• Gift certificates must be presented for redemption. They are non-refundable and not replaceable if lost or stolen. Expiration 2 years after purchase date. Your purchase date is part of your gift certificate number. Please mention this number so it can be applied to your booking.

Returns

Full product refunds are available for 7 days following your purchase.

Products need to be returned at our store. Your product needs to be unopened and returned in the original undamaged packaging in order to receive the full refund.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates must be presented for redemption and cannot be transferred to another person. They are non-refundable and not replaceable if lost or stolen. Expiration 2 years after purchase date.
