Our online bookingsystem allows fast and easy reservations when and where you like. Choose your service, provider, preferred date and time, and our bookingsystem will show you the availability of your service provider. Once your appointment is booked, our front desk will review your request. If your requested appointment is impossible for us to fulfill, our front desk will reach out to work with you on finding a time that would work for your reservation. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express to reserve your booking.

Parking

  • Surrounding streets 2 hours free parking
  • 2 hours public parking in the parking structure across from the spa on Ramona Street
  • 3 hours public parking under police station on Bryant Street (crossing Bryant St. - Hamilton Ave., 2 min. walk)
  • 2 hours public parking on the parking lot behind the spa (crossing Emerson St. - University Ave., 1 min. walk)

Forest Spa Boutique – Appointment, Cancellation & Returns Policy

Forest Spa Boutique has designed its appointment and cancellation policy to fit your busy lifestyle. Please review the following carefully:

Appointments & Cancellations

  • We require 48 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card to protect against late cancellations or rescheduling.
  • You are responsible for 50% of the services booked, regardless of the reason for cancellation, if the required notice is not given.
  • Your card will only be charged if your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We always do our best to fill these openings, as we would rather welcome another guest in your place than charge a cancellation fee.
  • If you arrive late and we are unable to perform all booked services, you will still be charged for the full appointment as scheduled.
  • If you decide at the last minute to reduce the number of services from what was originally booked, you will still be charged for the full appointment as scheduled.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates must be presented for redemption and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • They are non-refundable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Gift certificates expire two years from the purchase date. Your purchase date is part of your gift certificate number.
  • Please mention your gift certificate number when booking so it can be applied to your appointment.

Returns

  • Full product refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • All returns must be made in-store to qualify for a refund.
